Assisting those in need in the community suffering from an emergency loss
At SERVPRO of Hazleton/Dallas/Harvey's Lake, we understand that disaster doesn’t just destroy homes, it disrupts lives. When four local families lost everything in a devastating fire, our community rallied together in a way that truly embodied what it means to care for one another.
We were honored to serve as a collection hub, opening our doors to donations of clothing, essentials, and financial support. But more than that, we became a meeting place where kindness, generosity, and hope poured in from every corner of our community. Local businesses, neighbors, and even strangers stepped up, proving that in the darkest moments, the light of human compassion shines the brightest. This effort was more than just about replacing what was lost. It was about restoring a sense of normalcy, bringing comfort, and reminding these families that they are not alone. SERVPRO of Kingston is here not just to rebuild walls and clean up damage, we’re here to help piece lives back together, one act of kindness at a time.To everyone who donated, shared a kind word, or simply held these families in their hearts, thank you. Your generosity made a difference, and together, we proved that community is stronger than any disaster.

Celebrating 6 years in business
On Wednesday, April 27th, 2022, our sister franchise, SERVPRO of Kingston, Pittston City and Wyoming County celebrates 6 years since opening the doors for business. The Kingston franchise has come a long way since that day in 2016 and we have our customers, employees, business partners and community to thank for that. We're so honored and excited to have added the Hazleton franchise to our belt as well.
When franchise owner, John Lazo, first opened the business, his goal was to provide the best customer service to our customers in the restoration industry. Raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania, John prides himself on a work ethic handed down from his family.
NEPA has a reputation of hard working people and what better area to operate a business where we set the standard for excellence. Our franchise has continued to grow every year from day 1 and we look forward to serving you for your residential or commercial needs.
We are very proud to be a leader in Fire & Water Damage Restoration and also part of our community. We look forward to serving the NEPA community for many years to come.
